3) I do not need to exercise because I do that in my daily activity at work and at home: Wrong.

No matter how demanding your daily activities are exercise is not the same. In exercise you concentrate on the fundamental motor and nervous groups of muscles that aid your breathing, circulation, and mobility.

You would not be able to train abdominal muscles that support you guts in daily activity!!

You would not train the knee stabilizing muscle by running or lifting on a job!!. The range of motion is incomplete in daily activities. Lack of symmetry of daily activities causes fatigue.  Fatigue exhausts muscles and induces imbalance.  Imbalance leads to injuries.  Injuries require rest.  Prolonged rest exasperates imbalance. And the vicious circuit of weakness goes on.
