Overhead Press & Squat

Overhead Press and Squat is the pearl of coordination and strength.

You do not just exercise the shoulder or the legs alone but you get the entire back to move out of the static stiffed posture of seated Press or Squat with the bar behind the shoulders.

The muscular and the nervous systems have to work in harmony in this magnificent exercise.  Soon you can tell if you have flunked the test of properly training specific regions of the body.

Any joint that does not have adequate range of motion would hinder your descent or recovery in the overhead Press and Squat.
