Weightlifting is the
basic function all animals have to
perfect to live on Earth. A human newborn will devote few months of
life preparing for lifting his, or her, own head. This entails ravenous
feeding, extended sleeping periods, and frequent kicking exercises to
concert all biological functions for the sake of developing strength. The
three instincts of feeding, resting, and exercise will make the
fundamental rules of developing strength.
The goal of lifting one’s own head is celebrated by
the very first smile in life an infant would exhibit. Not before two more
months when an infant could lift his or her own body and turn from side to
side. This landmark in muscular development will prevent the growing
infant from suffocating of its own soft abdominal organs, if laid face
down. It would take at least eight months for an infant to be able to lift
its own bodyweight and start walking. Three years later a child would
develop stronger bony skeleton to accommodate his own guts, from bulging
in front of him or her to becoming sheltered in the pelvic cavity.
Modern living have distanced many of us from the very basic rules of
survival. All the money in the world would not
cure a constantly ailing back muscles, or those muscles you have neglected
for years. If you are deceived by the elite appearance of
modern medicine and think that doctors have a solution for any problem you
have incurred, remember that many doctors are sicker than many
drunkards.
